The guests cook their own meal in small pans, on stone or table grill.
It's easy to make a gourmet, raclette, stone grill or fondue dish
yourself (a day in advance).
Make an alternate dish
. You'll need about 200-250 gr
meat for each guest.
Ideal for Christmas and other holidays: the host(ess) participates
instead of being busy in the kitchen.
Make some sauces and butters and salads too to dress up
the table completely.
