Baked Camembert cheeseIngredients:1 Camembert cheese (250 gr)paprika powderflour1 egg or batter of egg, some flour, water and herbsbreadcrumbslittle butter

How to prepare:Cut the Camembert cheese in 8-16 pieces (depending on size) and sprinkle with little paprika powder.Coat the pieces cheese with the flour, the beaten egg/batter and breadcrumbs .Let dry for about 10 minutes and coat again with the egg/batter and breadcrumbs.Push the breadcrumbs well .Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the camembert parts on all sides golden brown.Serve with (roasted) French bread.
Also delicious at gourmet/raclette parties.
