Baked Camembert cheese

Ingredients:

1 Camembert cheese (250 gr)

paprika powder

flour

1 egg or batter of egg, some flour, water and herbs

breadcrumbs

little butter

 

Preparation:

Cut the Camembert cheese in 8-16 pieces (depending on size) and sprinkle with a little paprika powder.
Coat the pieces cheese with the flour, the beaten egg/batter and breadcrumbs .
Let dry for about 10 minutes and coat again with the egg/batter and breadcrumbs.
Push the breadcrumbs well .
Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the camembert parts on all sides golden brown.
Serve with (roasted) French bread.
 
Also delicious at gourmet/raclette parties.
