Chocolate fondue

Ingredients:

1 apple

4 slices pineapple

250 gr hover for conversion strawberries

4 slices cake

12-20 marshmallows

200 gr hover for conversion dark chocolate

3 tablespoons (whipping) cream

 

 

Preparation:

Peel the apple and cut in 12 segments, remove the core.
Cut each slice pineapple in 6 pieces.
Wash and drain the strawberries and dry carefull, half large ones.
Cube the slices cake.

Prepare:

Break the chocolate in a saucepan and add the cream.
Let the chocolate melt au-bain-marie and stir to a smooth sauce.
Place the saucepan with chocolate sauce on a rechaud on the table.
Use a fondue fork to dip the fruit, cake and marshmallows in the warm chocolate sauce.
