Chinese mini schnitzels

Ingredients:

400 gr hover for conversion beefsteak

3 tblsp sweet soy sauce

pinch salt

pinch garlic powder

1 tablespoon ginger syrup

 

breadcrumbs

 

Preparation:

Cut the steak in slices of approximately half a centimetre thick.
Mix the sweet soy sauce, salt, garlic and ginger syrup.
Put the steak in the marinade and let rest for at least one hour.
 
Drain the pieces meat a little and coat with the breadcrumbs .
Melt over high heat some butter in a frying pan or gourmet/raclette pan.
Fry the schnitzels very fast , 1 minute on each side, crispy.
Serve with sweet chili sauce.
