Chinese mini schnitzelsIngredients:400 gr beef (tenderloin) steak3 tblsp sweet soy saucepinch saltpinch garlic powder1 tablespoon ginger syrup

How to prepare:Cut the steak in slices of approximately half a centimetre thick.Mix the sweet soy sauce, salt, garlic and ginger syrup.Put the steak in the marinade and let rest for at least one hour.
Drain the pieces meat a little and coat with the breadcrumbs .Melt over high heat some butter in a frying pan or gourmet/raclette pan.Fry the schnitzels very fast , 1 minute on each side, crispy.Serve with sweet chili sauce.
