The nicest meat in my opinion is beefsteak. I don't eat meat frequently but when I do I often treat myself to a steak. Steak of the ostrich is also great. Take care not to prick any meat while turning: you'll lose lots of the juices and the meat gets less tender.You'll find the ground beef recipes on the ground beef page and recipes for chicken over here. |
