Melon and ham cocktailIngredients:2 small melons100 gr parma ham1 small mango
125 gr sour cream2 tablespoons ginger syrup6 tablespoons red port

How to prepare:Half the melons, remove the seeds. Loosen the pulp with a teaspoon and put in a bowl.Cut the parma ham in strips.Peel and dice the mango.Mix melon, ham and mango and divide over the melon halves.Make a sauce of the sour cream, ginger syrup and red port. Divide over the fruit.Serve chilled.
(If you can't get small melons, use a larger one and quarter.)
