Season with meat spices and fry brown on all sides over high heat.Add boiling water and 1 chopped onion and simmer for 1,5-2 hours.Add the remaining sliced onions and top with the small cubed carrots.Add salt at flavor and cover the pan. Simmer for almost 1 hour.Bring in another pan the potatoes with salt to a boil.(Fry the small cubed side pork (unsmoked streaky bacon) in a frying pan.)If the potatoes are done, mash well with the butter.Add the meat mixture (and optional the side pork) and mix well. |
