Steak with black beans
400 gr
beefsteak
2 tablespoons salted black beans
1 medium onion
1 small red bell pepper
1 small green bell pepper
2 teaspoons cornstarch
100 ml
beef bouillon
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon garlic
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation in advance:
Cut the meat in strips. Rinse, drain and mash the black beans. Cut the onion in pieces. Half the bell peppers, remove seeds and cut in small pieces. Mix cornstarch with the bouillon and add soy sauce and sugar.
How to prepare:
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok or frying pan with thick bottom and turn the pan around until the complete bottom is covered.
Stir fry the pressed garlic, onion and bell pepper 1 minute over high heat. Put the vegetable mixture in a bowl. Add the rest of the oil.
Stir fry the strips meat 2 minutes over high heat until the colour changes. Add black beans, cornstarch mixture and vegetable mixture.
Stir fry till the sauce cooks and thickens.
Serve with steamed rice.
