Tenderloin kebab in onionmarinate
750 gr
fillet pork tenderloin
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 large onion
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon fennel powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
salt

Preparation in advance:
Cut the fillet tenderloin in strips.
Mash the onion with garlic and lemon juice in a kitchen machine.
Put the onion mixture in a large bowl.
Add, while stirring, ginger, cumin, fennel, coriander, turmeric, salt, sugar and lemon juice. Add the meat, mix well and let rest 8 hours in the fridge.
Mix from time to time.
How to prepare:
Drain the meat and keep the marinate.
Soak the skewers 30 minutes in water and thread the meat.
Broil the kebabs in the oven or grill on the barbecue well done.
Turn the kebabs regular and drizzle a couple of times with the onionmarinate.
