Lamb meat with garlic

(± 35 pcs)


Ingredients:

600 gr convert conversionlamb meat

6-10 garlic cloves

 

1 red chili pepper

2 garlic cloves

3 tablespoons oil

little salt

 

35 skewers

How to prepare:

Cut the lamb meat in cubes of 2 cm and the garlic cloves in thick slices.

Soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes in water.

Thread 2 cubes meat, with in between and at the end a slice garlic, to the skewers.

Mix the chopped red chili pepper, the 2 squeezed garlic cloves, oil and salt well.

Heat an oven or pan and cover a wire rack slightly with the oil.

Grill the lamb kebabs 5-8 minutes and coat from time to time with the marinate.

 

Also delicious on the barbecue.
