Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - Meat recipes, ground beef recipesMix ground beef, chopped onion, worcester sauce, tomato ketchup and breadcrumbs. Divide in 4 equal portions and make hamburgers of the beef.Fry the hamburgers approximately 7 minutes on each side till brown.Put the last 2 minutes a slice cheese on the burgers to melt.Half the buns and roast under the broiler. Garnish with a sheet lettuce and some slices tomato. Place the hamburgers on top of the tomatoes and add at flavour ketchup.Also delicious: instead of the tomato a slice of pineapple.Serve optionally with Dutch "special" sauce (Dutch hamburger speciaal). |
