4 beef steaks

salt

1 tablespoon oil

fresh ground pepper

100 gr hover for conversion butter

milk

Brown the butter in a frying pan.
Frying directions for a beefsteak of 2 à 2.5 cm thick:
Coat the steak with some oil, salt and freshly ground pepper hover and fry each steak on both sides 1.5 minute over high heat hover. Don't prick the meat while baking !
Saignant (Fr.), red or rare: fry both sides 1.5 minute extra.
Medium: both sides 3 minutes extra.
à Point or almost well done: both sides 4 minutes extra.
Place the steaks after baking, wrapped in aluminium foil, about 5 minutes in a preheated baking oven of 100°C/210°F to let the juices redistribute.
