Baking Rumpsteaks

Ingredients:

2 rump steaks (entrecotes),250 gr hover for conversion each

salt

pepper

50 gr hover for conversion butter or margarine

 

 

Preparation:

Rub the rump steaks just before frying with salt and pepper.
Let the butter get hot and brown and fry the entrecotes 4 minutes (for rare) up to 6 minutes (medium) on each side.
Take the meat out of the pan and pour the hot butter over.
One rump steak is sufficient for 2 persons.
 
Delicious with  stuffed onion and mashed potatoes.
