Ingredients:2 rump steaks (entrecotes),250 gr

Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - meat recipes, beefRub the rump steaks just before frying with salt and pepper.Let the butter get hot and brown and fry the entrecotes 4 minutes (for rare) up to 6 minutes (medium) on each side.Take the meat out of the pan and pour the hot butter over.One rump steak is sufficient for 2 persons.Delicious with stuffed onion and mashed potatoes. |
