German steak tartare


Ingredients:

400 gr convert conversionchopped steak

2 onions

1 egg yolk

worcestersauce

salt

pepper

50 gr butter convert conversion

How to prepare:

Grate half an onion and slice the rest.

Mix the grated onion, worcester sauce, egg yolk, salt and widely fresh ground pepper with the chopped steak.

Mold the mixture into 4 hamburgers.

Let the butter get hot and bake the Germans groundsteaks 3 minutes on each side.

Place on a plate and keep hot.

Fry the sliced onions in the same butter golden brown over high heat.

Spoon the onions with the butter over the steaks.
