How to prepare:Grate half an onion and slice the rest.Mix the grated onion, worcester sauce, egg yolk, salt and widely fresh ground pepper with the chopped steak.Mold the mixture into 4 hamburgers.Let the butter get hot and bake the Germans groundsteaks 3 minutes on each side.Place on a plate and keep hot.Fry the sliced onions in the same butter golden brown over high heat.Spoon the onions with the butter over the steaks.
