Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - meat meals, ground beef recipes, beefGrate half an onion and slice the rest.Mix the grated onion, worcester sauce, egg yolk, salt and widely fresh ground pepper with the chopped steak.Mold the mixture into 4 hamburgers.Let the butter get hot and bake the Germans groundsteaks 3 minutes on each side.Place on a plate and keep hot.Fry the sliced onions in the same butter golden brown over high heat.Spoon the onions with the butter over the steaks. |
