Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - meat recipes, beefMix ground steak with salt, pepper and tomato ketchup.Divide in 4 portions and make a heap on each plate.Push a (cleaned) half egg shell with in it an egg yolk in each heap.Garnish with capers, cocktail onions, chopped onion, parsley and chopped gherkins.Place worcester sauce and the pepper mill on the table so everyone can compose his or her own steak tartare. |
