Pancake pie

Ingredients:

5 pancakes 

2 onions

1 garlic clove

1 tablespoon butter or margarine

1 can peeled tomatoes

85 gr hover for conversion filled olives

400 gr hover for conversion cooked ham

1 small bunch parsley

salt

pepper

sugar

100 gr hover for conversion mature cheese

Preparation:

Chop the onions roughly and press the garlic clove.
Fry for 10 minutes in hot butter or margarine and remove from the heat.
Add the drained tomatoes and olives.
Dice the ham and chop the parsley roughly.
Add ham and parley to the onion/tomato mixture and season with salt, pepper and some sugar.

Prepare:

Cover 4 pancakes with the stuffing. Pile the 4 pancakes and end with a pancake.
Sprinkle the pie with cheese and bake about 15-20 minutes in the oven at 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).
