Pancakes (basic recipe)


Ingredients:

3 eggs

3 dl convert conversionmilk

salt

150 gr flour convert conversion

2 teaspoons baking powder

2-3 tablespoons butter

 

(bacon, apple, raisins etc.)

Preparation in advance:

Mix the eggs well with milk and salt. Add bit by bit the sifted flour and baking powder and whip well. Let the batter rest 20-30 minutes on room temperature.

How to prepare:

Heat a little butter in a frying or pancake pan.

Spoon 1 ladle pancake batter in, move the pan around to cover the complete bottom and cook over medium heat till the edges of the pancake are pale brown and the top is dry. Turn the pancake and cook the other side golden brown. Make 6-8 pancakes of the batter. Keep hot (if you get the chance) in the baking oven on 100°C/210°F or on a plate (covered) placed on a pan boiling water.

Variation:

- Put some slices bacon in the pan and add pancake batter.

- Slices apple with cinnamon and some raisins in the pan, add the batter.
