Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - oriental recipes, meat recipesCut the partly frozen meat in thin slices of 2.5 mm thick and cut in strips.Mix salt, chili powder, ground black pepper, sugar, squeezed garlic, sesame oil and peanut oil in a bowl.Add the meat strips and rub with the fingertips into the oil mixture till the meat is well coated. Cover the meat with foil, place in the fridge and let marinate at least 4 hours.Prepare:Divide the meat on a wire rack and place in an oven dish.Bake 5 hours very slowly in a baking oven on 120°C/250°F till dry.Heat the beef before serving 3 minutes under the hot broiler or grill. |
