Shoarma / shawarma


Ingredients:

250 gr convert conversionlamb meat or fricandeau

red bell pepper

iceberg lettuce

for the spice mix:

1 tablespoon ground cumin

1 tablespoon ground coriander

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1/2 tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

How to prepare:

Cut meat in very thin strips, the bell pepper in small strips and add at flavour shoarma spices (about a tablespoon for 250 gr meat) photo recipe.

Add optional some sliced spring onion photo recipe.

 

Fill a toasted pitta bun with lettuce and grilled or fried shawarma.

 

Top with lots of garlic sauce.
