Garlic sauceIngredients:400 gr mayonnaise2-4 tablespoons garlic powder2-3 tablespoons parsley1 teaspoon sweet soy sauce5 tablespoons water |

How to prepare:Mix all ingredients well.You can add garlic and parsley at flavour.(Can be kept in a airtight box about 3 weeks.)If you use pressed garlic: grind in a pestle to sugar-large grains.
This sauce is ready very fast. Tastes best if you let the sauce rest overnight.
Delicious at: Souvlakia, shoarma, spicy meatballs or Parmesan meatballs.
