Garlic sauce

Ingredients:

400 gr hover for conversion mayonnaise

2-4 tablespoons garlic powder

2-3 tablespoons parsley

1 teaspoon sweet soy sauce

5 tablespoons water

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients well.
You can add garlic and parsley at flavor.
(Can be kept in a airtight box about 3 weeks.)
If you use pressed garlic: grind in a pestle to sugar-large grains.
 
This sauce is ready very fast. Tastes best if you let the sauce rest overnight.
 
Delicious at: Souvlakia, shoarma, spicy meatballs or Parmesan meatballs.
