Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe ground beef, party food, barbecue/spit-roastingPress the garlic cloves or chop very small.Mix all ingredients.Add as many breadcrumbs till you've got a firm mixture.Let the beef mixture rest 15 minutes.Prepare:Make 20 small meatballs and fry in a frying pan or in a deep fryer until they are golden brown or thread to soaked skewers for the barbecue.Serve the spicy meatballs with sweet chili sauce or garlic sauce. |
