Spicy meatballs

Ingredients:

300 gr convert conversionmixed ground beef and pork

breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce

4 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

2 garlic cloves

Preparation in advance:

Press the garlic cloves or chop very small.

Mix all ingredients.

Add as many breadcrumbs till you've got a firm mixture.

Let the beef mixture rest 15 minutes.

How to prepare:

Roll 20 small meatballs and fry in a frying pan or in a deep fryer until they are golden brown or thread to soaked skewers for the barbecue.

Serve the spicy meatballs with sweet chili sauce or garlic sauce.
