Ingredients:

300 gr hover for conversion lamb fillet

(or fillet pork tenderloin)

1 large onion

1 red bell pepper

1 small courgette

Marinade :

2 tablespoons oil

1 tablespoon paprika powder

2 tablespoons oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

pinch salt

 

± 10 skewers

 

Preparation:

Mix the ingredients of the marinade.
Cut the lamb fillet in cubes of 2 x 2 cm and mix the cubes well with the marinade.
Marinate at least 2 hours, better longer.

 

Prepare:

Soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes.
Cut the bell pepper, courgette and onion in pieces of 2 x 2 cm.
Thread alternately meat and vegetables to the skewers .
Grill the souvlaki kebabs 12 minutes on a hot barbecue or broil or roast in the oven.

 

Delicious with garlic sauce and tzatziki.
