Souvlakia(± 10 pcs)Ingredients:300 gr lamb fillet(or fillet pork tenderloin)1 large onion1 red bell pepper1 small courgetteMarinade :2 tablespoons oil1 tablespoon paprika powder2 tablespoons oregano1 teaspoon garlic powderpinch salt

Preparation in advance:Mix the ingredients of the marinade.Cut the lamb fillet in cubes of 2 x 2 cm and mix the cubes well with the marinade.Marinate at least 2 hours, better longer.
How to prepare:Soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes.Cut the bell pepper, courgette and onion in pieces of 2 x 2 cm.Thread alternately meat and vegetables to the skewers .Grill the souvlaki kebabs 12 minutes on a hot barbecue or broil or roast in the oven.
Delicious with garlic sauce and tzatziki.
