Ingredients:4 calf filletssaltpepper4 slices air dried ham4 slices Gruyère cheese50 gr

Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - meat recipes, calf meatSeason each fillet with salt and pepper and place a slice ham and a slice cheese on the fillet. Wrap and tie (especially the ends) with a piece of cotton.Melt the butter or margarine in a pan and brown the rolls.Add wine and water and let the rolls simmer for about 20 minutes.Cube the cucumber and add 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time.Bind the fluid with cornstarch.Delicious with mushrooms and noodles. |
