Goulash
500 gr
beef loin
2 onions
50 gr
margarine
4 large tomatoes
(or 1 can peeled)
2 green bell peppers
2 red bell peppers
2 garlic cloves
4 large potatoes
1 tablespoon paprika powder
125 gr
sour cream

How to prepare:
Let the margarine melt in the frying pan and fry the small cut onions till translucent and the fluid is evaporated. Fry the cubed meat brown.
Add as much hot water (bit by bit, it must keep boiling) till the meat is exactly covered. Simmer for 2 hours.
Peel the tomatoes and cut in pieces. Half the bell peppers, remove the seeds and cut in cubes.
Cut the peeled garlic small.
Add tomato, bell pepper and garlic after the 2 hours simmering to the meat and simmer another 30 minutes.
Peel the potatoes and cube small.
Add the cubes with paprika powder to the goulash and simmer 30 minutes or till the potatoes are cooked.
Garnisch the goulash with the sour cream.
