Peeling tomatoes, how to

Bring in a pan water to a boil.

Cross the cap of the tomatoes slightly with a kitchen knife and dip them, depending on maturity, 10-30 seconden in the boiling water.
If the cross starts to curl they have been in the water long enough.
When peeling 1 tomato you can peel the skin off right away, with several tomatoes place in cold water to cool fast.
