2 slices puff pastry

beaten egg

8 slices prosciutto

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 200C/395F (fan oven 180C/360F).

Brush the (thawed) slices puff pastry slightly with beaten egg.

Cut the dough in strips of 1.5 cm. Half 8 slices prosciutto lenghtwise. Place a slice on each dough strip. Fix the ends of the ham at the top of each strip by folding the dough-ends.

Take the two ends and twist 2 times in opposite direction .

Place on a greased baking sheet and bake 10 minutes until golden brown.
