Ingredients:2 slices puff pastrybeaten egg8 slices prosciutto |
Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - party foods, puff pastry recipesPreheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).Brush the (thawed) slices puff pastry slightly with beaten egg.Cut the dough in strips of 1.5 cm. Half 8 slices prosciutto in the length. Place a slice on each dough strip. Fix the ends of the ham at the top of each strip by folding the dough-ends.Take the two ends and twist 2 times in opposite direction .Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in 10 minutes golden brown. |
