To make puff pastry yourself: Very time-consuming, but I have noted down my base recipe for those who want to try. In huge quantities in my freezer: the solution for a fast rescue when having a sudden visitor. Mostly I use the ready frozen puff pastry, because I don't always have enough spare time to make it myself. 

* Please note: a slice puff pastry is 45 gram hover for conversion in the Netherlands and a square 15 cm.
