Ingredients:2 slices puff pastry1 tablespoon course sea saltbeaten egg |
Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe puff pastry snacks, party foodPreheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).Brush the thawed slices puff pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle with sea salt.Push the salt slightly into the dough.Cut the dough in strips of 1.5 cm.Take the two ends and twist 2 times in opposite direction.Place on a greased baking sheet.Bake the spirals in 10 minutes golden brown. |
