2 slices puff pastry

1 tablespoon course sea salt

beaten egg

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 200C/395F (fan oven 180C/360F).

Brush the thawed slices puff pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle with sea salt.

Push the salt slightly into the dough.

Cut the dough in strips of 1.5 cm.

Take the two ends and twist 2 times in opposite direction.

Place on a greased baking sheet.

Bake the spirals 10 minutes until golden brown.
