Crispy samosa
Stuffing:
200 gr
mixed ground beef and pork
1 medium carrot
100 gr
frozen peas
2 garlic cloves
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 tablespoons tamarind sauce
extra:
oil for to deep-fry

How to prepare:
Cut the slices puff pastry diagonally.
Mix, for the stuffing, ground beef, grated carrot, thawed peas, pressed garlic, curry powder and tamarind sauce in a bowl.
Divide the stuffing over the triangles. Leave a border of 1 cm on all sides.
Brush those borders of the dough with water. Fold the pastry dough over the filling to a triangle and seal the edges well.
Heat the oil in a (deep-fry) pan.
Fry portions samosa's in the moderately hot oil and fry approximately 4 minutes (turn over after 2 minutes) till golden brown and crispy.
Drain on kitchen paper and keep hot in an oven.
Fry the remaining samosa's and serve with chutney.
