Crispy samosaIngredients:8 slices puff pastry
Stuffing:200 gr mixed ground beef and pork1 medium carrot100 gr frozen peas2 garlic cloves2 teaspoons curry powder2 tablespoons tamarind sauce

How to prepare:Cut the slices puff pastry diagonally.Mix, for the stuffing, ground beef, grated carrot, thawed peas, pressed garlic, curry powder and tamarind sauce in a bowl.Divide the stuffing over the triangles. Leave a border of 1 cm on all sides. Brush those borders of the dough with water. Fold the pastry dough over the filling to a triangle and seal the edges well.Heat the oil in a (deep-fry) pan. Fry portions samosa's in the moderately hot oil and fry approximately 4 minutes (turn over after 2 minutes) till golden brown and crispy.Drain on kitchen paper and keep hot in an oven.Fry the remaining samosa's and serve with chutney.
