How to prepare:Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).Sprinkle fresh thyme over 1 slice of thawed puff dough.Push the thyme a little into the dough, place the second slice on top and push well.Brush slightly with beaten egg.Cut the dough in strips of 1 cm.Take the two ends and twist 2 times in opposite direction.Place on a greased baking sheet.Bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
