2 slices puff pastry

1 egg

fresh thyme

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 200C/395F (fan oven 180C/360F).

Sprinkle fresh thyme over 1 slice of thawed puff dough.

Push the thyme a little into the dough, place the second slice on top and push well.

Brush slightly with beaten egg.

Cut the dough in strips of 1 cm.

Take the two ends and twist 2 times in opposite direction.

Place on a greased baking sheet.

Bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
