Cheese twists

Ingredients:

2 slices puff pastry

1 egg

3 tablespoons old cheese

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 200C/395F (fan oven 180C/360F).

Brush the thawed slices puff pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle grated old cheese over. Push the cheese slightly into the puff pastry.

Cut the dough in strips of 1.5 cm.

Take the two ends and twist 2 times in opposite direction.

Place on a greased baking sheet.

Bake the twists 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
