Ingredients:2 slices puff pastry1 tablespoon poppy seedbeaten egg |
Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe puff pastry snacks, party foodsPreheat the oven to 210°C/400°F (fan oven 190°C/375°F).Brush the thawed slices puff pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle the poppy seed over.Push the seeds a little into the dough.Cut the dough in strips of 1.5 cm.Take the two ends and twist 2 times in opposite direction.Place on a greased baking sheet.Bake the spirals in 10 minutes golden brown. |
