2 slices puff pastry

1 tablespoon poppy seed

beaten egg

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 210C/400F (fan oven 190C/375F).

Brush the thawed slices puff pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle the poppy seed over.

Push the seeds a little into the dough.

Cut the dough in strips of 1.5 cm.

Take the two ends and twist 2 times in opposite direction.

Place on a greased baking sheet.

Bake the spirals 10 minutes until golden brown.
