Ingredients:2 slices puff pastry1 large garlic clove1 tablespoon oil3 large shrimps2 tablespoons parsley1 tablespoon chivessaltpepper |
Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - puff pastry recipesHeat the oil in a sauce pan and add very small chopped garlic and chopped shrimps. Fry the mixture about a minute, take from the heat and add parsley, chives, salt and pepper.Preheat the oven to 225°C/440°F (fan oven 200°C/395°F).Thaw the puff pastry and divide the garlic mixture over the slices. Keep on 1 side an edge of 2 cm free. Push the mixture a little into the dough.Wrap the slice loosely towards the free edge. Coat the roll with some remaining oil from the pan.
Cut in 8 pieces and place on a greased and flour dusted baking sheet
