Garlic circles

2 slices puff pastry

1 large garlic clove

1 tablespoon oil

3 large shrimps

2 tablespoons parsley

1 tablespoon chives

How to prepare:

Heat the oil in a sauce pan and add very small chopped garlic and chopped shrimps. Fry the mixture about a minute, take from the heat and add parsley, chives, salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 225C/440F (fan oven 200C/395F).

Thaw the puff pastry and divide the garlic mixture over the slices. Leave on 1 side an edge of 2 cm/1 inch free. Push the mixture a little into the dough.

Wrap the slice loosely towards the free edge. Coat the roll with some remaining oil from the pan. Cut in 8 pieces and place on a greased and flour dusted baking sheet photo recipe.

Bake the circles 10 minutes and lower the heat of the oven to 200C/395F (fan oven 175C/350F). Bake another 5-10 minutes photo recipe.
