Braids of sun dried tomatoes

2 slices puff pastry

1 egg

40 gr sun-dried tomato

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 200C/395F (fan oven 180C/360F).

Brush the thawed slices puff pastry with beaten egg.

Cut the dough in strips of 1 cm.

Take 3 strips at the same time and push one end to fix.

Make a braid and add during braiding strips sun dried tomatoes.

Place on a greased baking sheet.

Bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
