24 large peeled shrimps
1 teaspoon fish spices
4 slices puff pastry
1 tablespoon flour
3 slices smoked ham
2 tablespoons milk

How to prepare:
Mix the cleaned shrimps or prawns with the fish spices.
Thaw the slices puff pastry, sprinkle on both sides with flour to prevent sticking to the rolling pin and roll lenghtwise till the slice is 1.5 times as long. Half each slice lenghtwise and divide each half in 3 pieces. Tear each slice ham in 8 pieces.
Preheat the oven to 225°C/440°F (fan oven 200°C/395°F).
Grease a baking pan and dust with flour.
Put a piece ham and a shrimp on each bit puff pastry and wet the edges a little.
