Shrimp buns

Ingredients:

24 large peeled shrimps

1 teaspoon fish spices

4 slices puff pastry

1 tablespoon flour

3 slices smoked ham

2 tablespoons milk

Mix the cleaned shrimps or prawns with the fish spices.
Thaw the slices puff pastry, sprinkle on both sides with flour to prevent sticking to the rolling pin and roll in the length till the slice is 1.5 times as long. Half each slice in the length and divide each half in 3 pieces. Tear each slice ham in 8 pieces.
Preheat the oven to 225°C/440°F (fan oven 200°C/395°F).
Grease a baking pan and dust with flour.
Put a piece ham and a shrimp on each bit puff pastry and wet the edges a little.
Fold the packets like an envelope .
Put the buns with the seam down on the baking sheet, coat with little milk and bake the shrimp buns 15 minutes .
