Ingredients:2 slices puff pastry1 large tablespoon Parmesan cheese1/2 teaspoon paprika powderpinch saltbeaten egg |
Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - puff pastry recipes, cheese recipes, bitesPreheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).Mix Parmesan cheese, paprika powder and salt well.Brush the thawed slices puff pastry with beaten egg, sprinkle with the Parmesan mixture and push slightly.Cut the dough in strips of 1.5 cm.Take the two ends and twist 2 times in opposite direction.Place on a greased baking sheet.Bake the twists in 10 minutes golden brown. |
