Parmesan paprika twists

2 slices puff pastry

1 large tablespoon Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon paprika powder

pinch salt

beaten egg

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 200C/395F (fan oven 180C/360F).

Mix Parmesan cheese, paprika powder and salt well.

Brush the thawed slices puff pastry with beaten egg, sprinkle with the Parmesan mixture and push slightly.

Cut the dough in strips of 1.5 cm.

Take the two ends and twist 2 times in opposite direction.

Place on a greased baking sheet.

Bake the twists 10 minutes until golden brown.
