Mushrooms in a jacket

Ingredients:

4 slices bacon

250 gr hover for conversion mushrooms

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 onion

1/2 teaspoon paprika powder

pepper

salt

12 slices puff pastry

 

Preparation:

Cut the bacon in strips of 5 mm and the mushrooms in cubes of 5 mm. Heat the olive oil and fry the chopped onion and paprika powder 3 minutes over medium heat without discolouring the onion. Add bacon and fry 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and simmer 5 minutes. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Put in a bowl and let cool.
Quarter each slice puff pastry.
Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).
Spoon 1 large teaspoon mushroom mixture on the middle of each dough quarter. Stretch the dough a little, wrap around the filling and close the edges with wet fingertips.
Bake the mushroom snacks on a greased baking sheet golden in 20-25 minutes.
Serve hot.
