Mini sausage rolls

Ingredients:

10 slices puff pastry

300 gr hover for conversion ground beef

1 tablespoon meat spices

2 slices white bread

6-8 tablespoons milk

1 egg or 2 tablespoons milk

Soak the crustless bread in the milk. Mix it well with the ground beef and the meat spices. Spread out the slices puff pastry on a cutting shelf. Let thaw and cut in two.
Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).
Divide the ground beef in 20 pieces and roll each bit to a long cigar with the length of the puff pastry .
Wet 1 side of the puff pastry and fold it over the ground beef, push the dough flat on the other side. Cover with egg wash or some milk and cut each roll in 2, 3 or 4 sausage rolls. Place the rolls with some space in between on a buttered baking pan.
Bake the rolls puffy and golden brown in 15 à 18 minutes .
