Salmon on puff pastry

1 egg
sesame seed
100 gr
smoked salmon
250 gr
cream cheese
1 tablespoon capers
2 tablespoons spring onions
1 teaspoon dill

How to prepare:
Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).
Brush the slices puff pastry slightly with beaten egg.
Cut each slice in nine squares and sprinkle with sesame seed.
Place the squares on a greased baking sheet and bake about 8 minutes until golden brown.
Cool well and divide each puff square into two layers.
Mix the soft cream cheese with the chopped capers, spring onions and dill.
Spread on the the bottom parts of the squares and garnish with some smoked salmon.
Cover with the upper layer in a slightly other angle.
