Sweet sour pork meat
500 gr
blade chop
4 tablespoons fresh ginger
1/2 tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoons sherry
3 tablespoons soya
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 green pepper and 1 red pepper
3 shallots
150 gr
bamboo shoots
4 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
cornstarch

How to prepare:
Bone and dice (2 cm) the meat.
Make a marinade of grated ginger root, sugar, sherry, soya and sesame oil. Coat the meat and let rest for 15 minutes.
Drain the meat and keep the marinade.
Stir fry the meat 2 minutes in the very hot vegetable oil.
Take the meat out of the pan and stir fry the two small cut peppers, the small cut shallots and in strips sliced bamboo shoots.
Put everything, including the meat, in a frying pan and sprinkle with the marinate.
Add while stirring the vinegar, sugar and sweet soy sauce.
Simmer till the meat is well done is and the sauce slightly thickens.
Bind, if necessary, with little cornstarch.
