Mushroom goulash

(4-6 persons)

Ingredients:

500 gr hover for conversion beef loin

salt, pepper

paprika powder

5 tablespoons oil

250 gr hover for conversion small onions (shallots)

0.4 liter hover for conversion bouillon (broth cube)

750 gr hover for conversion mushrooms optional

1 large tablespoon flour

1 dl hover for conversion yogurt

1 can tomato paste

(1 roasted bell pepper)

Preparation:

Season the cubes meat with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and brown the meat. Remove the meat from the pan and brown the peeled shallots. Put the meat back in the pan, add the bouillon and simmer at least 1 hour.
Add the cleaned complete mushrooms and simmer another half hour .
Mix flour with yogurt and tomato paste and bind the goulash (add optional the sliced bell pepper). Season with salt, pepper and lots of paprika powder.
Make an edge of mashed potatoes and spoon the goulash in the opening .
Garnish with parsley.
