Roasted bell pepper

Wash the bell peppers and cut off the cap.
Cut the bell peppers from the cap to the stalk in 3 à 4 parts and remove stalk, seeds and the white ribs.
Place the bell peppers, with the peel up, about 20 minutes under a hot grill (175°C/350°F) till the peel is black .
Put the peppers for 10 minutes in a plastic bag or (with the peel up) under wet kitchen paper.
The black peels can be removed very easily . Freeze or use.

 

As vegetable deliciously sweet, but also great to use for garnish, on bread or in a salad at the gourmet or barbecue.
