Roasted bell pepper


Ingredients:

How to prepare:

Wash the bell peppers and cut off the cap.

Cut the bell peppers from the cap to the stalk in 3 à 4 parts and remove stalk, seeds and the white membranes.

Place the bell peppers, with the peel up, about 20 minutes under a hot grill (175°C/350°F) till the peel is black photo recipe.

Put the peppers for 10 minutes in a plastic bag or (with the peel up) under wet kitchen paper.

The black peels can be removed very easily photo recipe. Freeze or use.

 

As vegetable deliciously sweet, but also great to use for garnish, on bread or in a salad at the gourmet or barbecue.
