Calf meat rolls


4 calf fillet (50 gr convert conversioneach)


200 gr convert conversioncalf ground beef

freshly ground pepper


1 tablespoon grated onion


1 tablespoon flour

4 teaspoons mustard


50 gr convert conversionbutter

How to prepare:

Beat the calf schnitzels very flat.

Season the ground beef with pepper, salt, nutmeg, onion and parsley.

Make 4 rolls and wrap the veal beef around. Fix the rolls with a skewer.

Flour, coat with mustard and very fine breadcrumbs.

Heat the butter in a pan and brown the meat rolls.

Add a cup of hot water and simmer for 15-20 minutes in a covered pan.
