How to prepare:Beat the calf schnitzels very flat.Season the ground beef with pepper, salt, nutmeg, onion and parsley.Make 4 rolls and wrap the veal beef around. Fix the rolls with a skewer.Flour, coat with mustard and very fine breadcrumbs.Heat the butter in a pan and brown the meat rolls.Add a cup of hot water and simmer for 15-20 minutes in a covered pan.
