Beefsteak with snow peas


400 gr convert conversionbeefsteak

2 tablespoons soy or oyster sauce

1/2 teaspoon grated ginger

2 tablespoons peanut oil

200 gr convert conversionsnow peas


2 teaspoons cornstarch

100 ml convert conversionbeef bouillon

1 tablespoon soy or oyster sauce

1/4 teaspoon sesame oil

How to prepare:

Place the meat before cutting at least 30 minutes in the freezer and cut in thin strips. Put the meat in a bowl. Mix (sweet) soy sauce and ginger and mix with the meat.

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan with a thick bottom and turn the pan round until the complete bottom is coated.

Stir fry the meat over high heat and add the snow peas after 2 minutes when the color of the meat color.

Mix cornstarch with little bouillon (stock cube). Pour, together with the rest of the bouillon, extra soy sauce and sesame oil in the wok. Heat and stir the sauce till it thickens.

Serve with steamed rice  photo recipe.
