Beef kebab
(10-15 pcs)
400 gr
steak (sirloin/tenderloin)
20 garlic cloves
1 big onion
little butter
± 15 skewers

Preparation in advance:
Cube the steak to 2 x 2 cm. Put the cubes in a bowl and mix well with the sweet soy sauce and the ginger syrup. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
Roast the bell pepper according to the recipe. Peel the garlic cloves and cut the onion in pieces of 2 x 2 cm. Slow cook the garlic cloves and the onion 10 minutes with a
little butter.
How to prepare:
Soak wooden skewers for at least an hour. Thread 2 or 3 pieces steak alternately with the onion, the garlic and bell pepper to the skewers.
Fry the kebabs brown in approximately 4 minutes in a frying pan
or grill 6 minutes on the barbecue
