Salmon filletsIngredients:250-300 gr salmon fillet1 tablespoon fish spices

Preparation in advance:Cut the salmon in pieces of 4 x 2 cm and approximately 1 cm thick.Rub the salmonpieces with fish spices and let the spices marinate for at least an hour .
How to prepare:Heat some butter in the raclette pan, fry potato cubes and some mushrooms.When they are almost done, add the salmon.Fry the salmon on both sides 1-2 minutes.Delicious with a slice lemon.
