Salmon fillets

Ingredients:

250-300 gr hover for conversion salmon fillet

1 tablespoon fish spices

 

 

Also great on a stonegrill

Preparation:

Cut the salmon in pieces of 4 x 2 cm and approximately 1 cm thick.
Rub the salmonpieces with fish spices and let the spices marinate for at least an hour .
 

Prepare:

Heat some butter in the raclette pan, fry potato cubes and some mushrooms.
When they are almost done, add the salmon.
Fry the salmon on both sides 1-2 minutes.
Delicious with a slice lemon.
