Smoked side pork


Ingredients:

250 gr convert conversionsmoked pork (precut) or cut a large piece in little cubes

Also great on a stonegrill

Preparation in advance:

None, bought precut photo recipe.

Or cut a piece of smoked pork in small cubes.

How to prepare:

Heat little butter or oil in the raclette pan (the pork will lose some fat too).

Add the pork, chopped onions, bell pepper, potato cubes and mushroom.

Stir fry 6-8 minutes.
