Smoked side pork

Ingredients:

250 gr hover for conversion smoked pork (precut)

or cut a large piece in little cubes

 

Also great on a stonegrill

 

Preparation:

None, bought precut .
Or cut a piece of smoked pork in small cubes.
 

Prepare:

Heat little butter or oil in the raclette pan (the pork will lose some fat too).
Add the pork, chopped onions, bell pepper, potato cubes and mushroom.
Stir fry 6-8 minutes.
