Smoked side porkIngredients:250 gr smoked pork (precut) or cut a large piece in little cubes

Preparation in advance:None, bought precut .Or cut a piece of smoked pork in small cubes.
How to prepare:Heat little butter or oil in the raclette pan (the pork will lose some fat too).Add the pork, chopped onions, bell pepper, potato cubes and mushroom.Stir fry 6-8 minutes.
