Preparation in advance:Soak the crustless white bread in some milk and squeeze well.Mix with the ground beef and spices optional and roll small balls.Shake the balls with the breadcrumbs in a bag till fully coated .How to prepare:Heat some butter in the raclette pan.Add balls and potato cubes and stir fry until brown.Delicious with for example cheese sauce, tomato sauce or cocktail sauce.
