Mini meatballs


Ingredients:

200 gr convert conversionmixed ground beef and pork

(ground beef spices)

1/2 slice white bread

milk

breadcrumbs

Preparation in advance:

Soak the crustless white bread in some milk and squeeze well.

Mix with the ground beef and spices optional and roll small balls.

Shake the balls with the breadcrumbs in a bag till fully coated photo recipe.

How to prepare:

Heat some butter in the raclette pan.

Add balls and potato cubes and stir fry until brown.

Delicious with for example cheese sauce, tomato sauce or cocktail sauce.
