Cheese sauce
100 gr
mature cheese
2 tablespoons butter
large tablespoon flour
100-150 ml
milk
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon paprika powder
pinch garlic powder

How to prepare:
Grate the cheese roughly.
Melt the butter over low heat, add the flour and stir well. Simmer a minute and add the milk. Stir firm with a whisk till the sauce thickens and add optional some milk until the sauce is
quite thicker than yogurt.
Add little by little the grated cheese (don't cook anymore).
Remove the pan from the heat as soon as the cheese has melted and add parsley, paprika powder and garlic powder
.
(Also delicious: without the spices but with a substantial amount mustard !)
Cauliflower, leek and all other vegetables where you use white sauce: try the cheese sauce instead.
Optional you can garnish with little chopped cooked ham.
