Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe sauce and herb butter, vegetables, cheeseGrate the cheese roughly.Melt the butter over low heat, add the flour and stir well. Simmer a minute and add the milk. Stir firm with a whisk till the sauce thickens and add optional some milk until the sauce is quite thicker than yogurt.Add little by little the grated cheese (don't cook anymore).
Remove the pan from the heat as soon as the cheese has melted and add parsley, paprika powder and garlic powder
