Cocktail sauce

Ingredients:

400 gr hover for conversion mayonnaise

2-3 tablespoons tomato paste

2 tablespoons parsley

1 tablespoon paprika powder

freshly ground pepper

4-6 tablespoons whisky

 

optional:

- little worcester sauce

- lemon juice

 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients well.
Ready !
You can keep the sauce 1 month in an airtight box.
 
This sauce is ready very fast. Tastes best if you let the sauce rest overnight.
 
Delicious at for example: prawn cocktail.
